RICO Manufacturing Announces Delivery of 10,000th Custom Material Handling Solution
RICO Manufacturing is honored to announce the delivery of our 10,000th custom material handling solution. The standup rider steel coil handler, model: R-CH-DD-R-400 has a capacity of 40,000 lbs. and will be used for moving coils in the steel industry.
RICO’s design challenge was to provide a compact, heavy capacity standup rider that featured operator comfort, advanced safety features, and clear visibility when engaging steel coils. Our solution included RAM® mounted cameras, backup cameras, safety lights, turn signals, ergonomic controls, operator present controls, and ease of maintenance with large and easily accessible compartments.
Throughout the design and build process our customer received milestone updates, videos and photos, and scheduled run off. This flow of information represented our commitment to delivering the right solution the first time. Our seasoned team of professionals from sales, engineering, and our highly skilled fabricators delivered the exact solution required on time with one of the quickest deliveries available in the material handling industry.
