Our "Quick Turn" Replacements
Our extensive in-house “Quick Turn” area allows for machining, welding, paint, and assembly to be completed in less time than traditional manufacturing companies. “Quick Turn” custom replacement parts are available for for all RICO, CWF, Series 5 and ETS vehicles. These parts range from safety covers, wire harnesses, Hydraulic hoses & fittings to custom chassis replacement parts.

Product Maintenance and Service Training
RICO offers onsite or factory training on all models of vehicles for operators or service technicians. This training is performed by our factory trained technicians on exposition proof vehicle, Die transfer carts or our full product line of specialized vehicles. Additional engine and component training may extended through third party contractors brought to our facility.
Parts Testing & Pre-Programming
Our service team is able to test components in-house as well as factory program OEM settings on any controller we sell for direct replace on most vehicles. This allows for your service technicians to receive a turnkey component limiting costly on-site programming and potential operator safety risks.
We offer rental handheld calibrators to help with troubleshooting or custom on-site programming of electrical systems. Rental rates are on a daily or weekly basis, or may be purchased direct from RICO.
