Modules may only be requested for the registered use of the portal. If members of a team or company need to take the module, each team member must be an employee of an authorized RICO dealer and must have a personal registration to the portal.
Course materials will be sent to the registered user via file delivery system. Allow for up to 7 days for delivery of course materials.
In order to receive credit of successful completion, registered participants must email the completed quiz from the email associated to the registration to marketing@staging2.ricoequipment.com. On scoring of the quiz, participants receiving a score of 80% or higher will receive a certificate of completion.
Course credit will only be attributed to users registered for the module.
