Introducing Tech2Tech: Another Way to RICO Supports our Customers

Quality products deserve quality support. To better serve our dealers and their customers, RICO Manufacturing launched our program, Tech2Tech, this past December.   

This service-focused program provides critical product, sales, and technical information to support our customers where, how, and when they need it!  

We kicked off the program by featuring our Explosion-Proof content with videos, training, blogs, and social media  ̶  and we are just getting warmed up!    

RICO’s Tech2Tech library includes four (4) levels ranging from introductory through advanced level content for both field sales and service teams.  Our team of experts also provide truck and application specific training for advanced service teams with RICO units in operation.  

Our technical and service team members have spent part of their time here at RICO building our custom forklifts, so you know you are getting knowledge straight from the experts!  In addition to program and product level content, our team works with the engineers and product specialists to provide customized content based on each customer’s needs and the requirements of their team – from hands on demonstrations to service manuals, virtual presentations and sales tools – you can count on RICO.
