Account Management Transition - Bret Cooper, New Product Specialist Account Manager for RICO
Medina, OH – September 10, 2026 –
RICO Manufacturing is pleased to announce that Bret Cooper has been appointed as our new Account Manager.
Bret has been a valued member of the RICO team since 2018 and brings extensive hands-on product knowledge and customer service experience to this role. He began his career with RICO in Assembly, building our specialty and Pegasus lift trucks. In 2020, he transitioned to Customer Service as a Technical Support Representative before being promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2021.
Throughout his time at RICO, Bret has conducted technical training programs focused on the operation, maintenance, and systems of our lift trucks. He has also worked closely with customers and their safety teams to support initiatives designed to improve performance, efficiency, reliability, and operator well-being.
