RICO Manufacturing wants to keep you informed about steps we are taking to meet the challenge of COVID-19 to advocate good health and safety.


  • March 23, 2020
    • RICO Manufacturing will remain open and operational. CEO Dave Mueller’s addressed a letter to RICO employees outlining RICO’s qualifications to maintain our normal work schedule while following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and will remain open as part of our classification as ‘Essential Critical Infrastructure’ and the Defense Industrial Base.
    • We are in the process of implementing additional measures to aid in the prevention of the COVID-19 virus. These measures are as follows:
      • Industrial sprayers and disinfectant on order. These sprayers are to disinfect:
        • Incoming equipment
        • Bulk purchased items (ex: steel)
        • Inbound packages
      • Cleaning crew expanding nightly activities to include disinfectant of all contact surfaces
      • Additional rubber gloves purchased
      • Temperature checks every morning for employees on site

    • Receiving hours for goods will not be impacted, hours of operations for warehouse will be maintaining our standard 8am to 4:30pm work day.
    • All deliveries and pickups must be pre-scheduled.  Please do so by calling 330-723-4050 ext. 260
    • Drivers and suppliers are to remain by their vehicles at all times during delivery or pickups. They are prohibited in walking  around the warehouse unless approved by the warehouse manager.
  • March 17, 2020
    • We will be suspending any visit to RICO Manufacturing as well as halting RICO representatives traveling to visit any customer sites. This is a precautionary measure to keep our team healthy, safe and to do our part in self-containment. 
    • Many of our office employees will be working remote, but we do not anticipate our service be impacted from this.
